NIKKI PELSER

• Qualifications: Nat Higher Diploma (Cum Laude) BA, CFP® postgrad, MCSD

Director of a Financial Planning practice, mother of 3 girls and foster to 2 precious boys.  "SaxonVil was borne out of a season of grieving and has been Gods gift to me and all my children.  The peace and freedom that comes with this education system has taken the lid off of the pressure cooker we call life and given us all a space to breathe and enjoy being kids again whilst attaining an internationally recognized qualification.  My team are my family, we celebrate all the successes together and carry each other in times of hardship.  I have a business (www.tayloredfs.co.za), SaxonVil is an unexpected gift, your children's successes feel like my own, I am extremely proud and thankful for her."

I have worked at Saxonvil since its inception and strongly believe that it is a space for learners to grow and flourish in a family environment. My passion is to build up a learner's confidence and competence in order to prepare them for their final examinations and for their adult life

LYNNE GRIFFIN

• BA Degree (English and Psychology) University of South Africa

• PGCE – Cum Laude – English FET and Life Orientation Senior Phase – University of South Africa

• National Diploma in Textile Design – Durban University of Technology (Natal Technikon)

• Has worked with high level autistic, ADHD and brain trauma students and ensured they passed mainstream schooling;

• Won an award from Tower Hamlets in London for Heading a Secondary School Reading Programme;

• Represented South Africa for the Luciano Benetton Collection for Visual Arts exhibited in Venice Biennale and various other galleries around the world;

• Exhibited art works at KZNSA, Tahtham and Artisan Galleries;

• Locally Lynne has worked at Curro Mount Richmore, Umhlali Prep and Ashton College Ballito.

NADIA ABDOOL

• I joined Saxonvil at the beginning of the 2024 academic year. I quickly felt a sense of community among the staff, students and parents, which made me feel welcomed and supported. The small class settings at Saxonvil has allowed me to build meaningful relationships with the students. I know every students interests and learning styles and this allows me to tailor my teaching methods to suit the individual needs. I enjoy tutoring and engaging with the students. The opportunity to interact with them, understand their perspectives, and help them grow is incredibly rewarding for me. I feel proud to be a part of such a unique educational environment at Saxonvil, where we embrace the individuality of each student. • Education has always been my passion, and Saxonvil provided the perfect opportunity for me to follow that passion and work with kids on a much more personal, involved level than a traditional school. My time here has allowed me to grow immensely as an educator, with a focus on individual needs for the best results. I am really proud of the close bonds I have formed with my students, which have been returned with love.
